I can't believe that Kim is taking me cross country. I am such a lucky bastard. Cousin Barbara flew in to make the ride with us. Kim promised her lots of BBQ.
This is a big trip for me. I'm 56 years old ( 8 in people years), and I've never even been out of the state. Every time I get in the car, we end up at the vet's office. This trip is going to be different. We are driving almost 3000 miles to Grandma and Grandpa's house in NYC. Kayla and Brianna will be waiting for us to arrive.
We leave tomorrow at 8:00 am.
